Our first foray into having something shipped internationally – a large boat rudder from USA to Aust. We expected an industry so big no one would be interested in helping with a one off shipment by a couple who knew nothing of the logistics in making it happen. Max and his team allayed all our fears. We were supported and kept informed of everything at all points through the process. A bit stunned that such service still exists in this day and age.
